Monica gave the Treasurer’s report for October through November. Balance forward: $2,402.33. Total income: $2,611.52. Total Disbursements: $1,501.23. Balance on hand: $3,512.62. That balance includes a year-end roll-over amount of $1600 for layettes and $1000 overage for next year after local missions are paid. The kits include 4 matching color skeins of 4 ply acrylic. After discussion it was decided to have a plea for donated supplies put in the church bulletin and perhaps the Circles could also help out. Carol W. is also in contact with the owner of Red Bug on 3rd for possible assistance in some way with the ministry.
In Jackie Beauchamp’s absence, Carol F. reported that all program/reading books have been purchased and will be in the UMW Room sometime in January. Carol F. has donated a "Spiritual Growth" book to the program and if any circles wish to donate a book to the program, she requested that it be one from the "Spiritual Growth" group since our list is short of those books for 2015.
